Coronavirus UpdateCOVID-19 – HuttonSoils Service

HuttonSoils is now accepting orders for soil analytical services. Due to restrictions caused by COVID-19 test kits are only being dispatched once per week on Thursdays. Thus there might be a delay in receiving your kits. HuttonSoils is regularly reviewing the service.

HuttonSoils wishes to thank its customers for their continued patience as we all adjust to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Returns policy

Occasionally clients make errors when ordering our products. In the event you wish to return our sample kits, please ensure that they are undamaged and unused and post back using the supplied pre-paid label within seven working days of the order. Money charged to your credit card via our PayPal system will be refunded in its entirety.

Where the wrong analysis has been ordered please contact us. In such circumstances you will only be charged for the analysis you require. However, once we have received the sample and begun the analysis, the order cannot be changed.

Damaged goods

Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigours of transit. However, if a kit is received that is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will organise the dispatch of another order.

Please note for large orders, or commercial clients, we maintain the right to charge an appropriate fee for using the pre-paid service to return unwanted goods, after seven days.
